David Charlet is a graduate of the Universities of Paris I and Aix Marseille. He has taught and is yet lecturer in various Universities and Schools for more than 25 years.

Today president of CC&A Finance Patrimoine Formation, he is best known as president of the National Association of Financial Advisers (ANACOFI) since 2004. Member of the Board of the European Federation of Financial Advisers and Intermediaries (FECIF) since 2007 of which he was president from 2017 to May 2020. He is also a member of the Financial Sector Advisory Committee (CCSF) and the Strategic Committee of the National Financial Education Program (EDUCFI).

He was also a member of the National Council for Higher Education and Research (CNESER) and an administrator of ORIAS (French National register for Intermediaries).

He is the author of numerous articles, studies and several books.
